Interlink Trade Services was conceived in 2004 and founded in 2005 by U.S. Licensed Customs Broker Jorge A. Torres:

• 1990 Texas A&M University Graduate with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting


• 1994 Texas A&M International Universtiy Graduate with a Masters in Accounting


• U.S. Licensed Customs Broker since 1995


• 20 years experience in Customs Brokerage focusing in the maquiladora industry working for customs brokerage firms and maquiladora companies


• Former Adjunct Faculty at South Texas College (2001-2004) in the Import/Export Associate Degree Program teaching Tariff Classification and U.S. Custom Regualtions


• Has participated as a guest speaker in various seminars, conferences and symposiums in the United States and Mexico relevant to international trade matters
